Serve in a Martini glass
1 2⁄3 oz | Caorunn Gin |
2⁄3 oz | Difford's Falernum liqueur |
1⁄6 oz | Rose water |
1⁄4 oz | Citric acid (10%) solution |
2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
Garnish: Lemon 'flower' on stick
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
Combine 10 grams of citric acid powder with 100 grams of water. Whisk to dissolve and bottle.
