7 fresh Spinach leaves
fl oz Caorunn Small Batch Scottish Gin
½ fl oz Heather honey
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 fl oz Soda (club soda)

How to make:

MUDDLE spinach in base of shaker. Add next 3 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.

Garnish:

Float dashes of Angostura Bitters & garnish with spinach leaves
