Ingredients:
1 12 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
34 fl oz Italian red bitter liqueur
34 fl oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth chilled
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created by Sother Teague as an accompaniment to his dish, Penne Alla Vodka. This cocktail and accompanying dish were featured on Sother's Sauced podcast. (His original recipe called for vodka, Campari and Cocchi di Torino vermouth.)
