Super well balanced. I made this with 50/50 Kyro Smoked Rye and Basil Hayden Bourbon. It's a great balance of smoky and sweet.

Oh wow! Even as a peaty whisky fan, I was intimidated by the 30ml Ardbeg. I needn't have been. This is perfectly balanced!

Made this with Lagavulin 16 and Johnnie Walker Black. Delicious! Smoky, but well-balanced.

If you're like me and don't *love* peated whiskys then I recommend replacing 1.5cl with a non-peated one (so 4.5/1.5). Other than that, beautiful.

The only think I changed was how it's served. I opted for a chilled coupe, no ice, and no lemon twist

If I want to make a whisky sour, this is my go to. Excellent drink.
