The recipe I used was with ¼ oz Rich Syrup….also this is one of cocktail that I serve in a Valentines Day Party, as it includes all flavors in relationships. LOL

Is it possible to substitute the saline solution with normal salt?

Certainly. But it's much easier to measure out the right amount in liquid form.
I bought a dripper bottle from a health store. 20g salt, 80g water. Very easy, very cheap.

Excellent drink. My instinct tells me to add mezcal which I realised is only marginally different to a Naked & Famous

I made this for my partner and had a little test for myself as well. Brilliant drink although I used only 10ml rich syrup and on her advice next time I will make will cut the syrup down to 7.5 ml. We both prefer our drinks on the little less sweet side. The saline is definitely essential!

Very good cocktail. Bitters were forward and the Chartreuse added a delightful herbal hint. The lime juice added a nice hint of citrus.

Excellent drink, Campari is the dominant flavour but beautifully tempered by every other flavour in it, don't skip the saline!

Very interesting, reminds me of Port of Spain.
I've used agave syrup instead of sugar.
