Had again as an evening sipper. Outstanding. We have a new handheld whipper for coffee drinks which worked wonderful with getting the most foam. I use fee foam due to some health issues with egg whites.
Confused by the use of dry shaking here. Should there be egg white in the list of ingredients? Or does dry shaking also benefit cocktails containing cream? Thanks.
The recipe should have included egg white as the last ingredient. It's optional but a better cocktail with it. (Only needs half the usual amount of egg white.) Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
With Fair cacao (brown) I found this dry (that's ok, I love Nola and didn't want to reach for Tia Maria) but lacking middle. Substituting Liquor43 for the cacao gave sweetness and more complexity.
Wish I could find Dutch white cacao in the UK.....
