Liked it a lot...used dry curacao. Tried with a bit of instant cocoa powder on top, worked out great for me!

Very interesting and complex one...always leaving you wanting another sip to repeat the journey :)
Liked this one very much! Tart, floral, and with an added depth, thanks to the absinthe rinse. Also tried this one with about 7.5 ml of Galliano (also anise-forward) instead of absinthe, and was satisfied with the result.
Great one, made it with Montenegro amaro instead of Nonino, love how well-rounded it is.
Tried to substitute Absinthe with double the amount of Galliano (15 ml), as the flavor profile would fit IMO. Liked the result.
did it equal parts, first time with Haymans Old Tom, don't recommend that one -the additional layer of flavor it adds strangely develops some kind of metallic feeling in the roof of my mouth.
Retried with Tanqueray 47.3% - more balanced, but still...it's like an ultraviolet color for your eyes, you see only the part of it, and the other part - just irritates your vision...hope I make myself clear. :)
In conclusion, I lean towards somewhat taming the gin, will update with results.
Great - sugarcane notes and lime tartness play really well with kirsch's unique flavor. Recommend!
Tried this alongside with Naked & Famous, and I must say this is less complex of the two, but nevertheless, enjoyable cocktail in its own right.
The first cocktail I've made with mezcal, and what a great choice - smoky and savory agave complimented by herbs and citrus. If you're short on Chartreuse ( as most of us, unfortunately) - try to sub it with Liquore Strega, worked great for me. Strega's more robust spiciness works great with mezcal IMO.
