Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
16 oz Giffard Parfait Amour liqueur
16 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

JUPITER COCKTAIL.
1 Teaspoon Orange Juice.
1 Teaspoon Parfait Amour.
1/3 French Vermouth.
2/3 Dry Gin.
SHAKE well and strain into cocktail glass.

Great dry martini style cocktail. Strong with a hint of floral and citrus. Colour is a bit strange, but the taste is outstanding. Going on my favourites.
