³⁄₄ fl oz	Green melon liqueur
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
¹⁄₄ fl oz	Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur
1 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Whipping cream

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of Cadbury's Flake.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

Crumble a chunk of Cadbury's Flake over the cocktail.

I'm a lover of this style of cream drink and this was follow on from a Tequila Alexander which I really love. In the Tequila Alexander the Tequila takes the forefront and gives the drink a nice bite.
Here the white rum take more of a back seat and allow the Midori and coconut to step up.
Don't keep this for holidays it can brighten up any night.

Personal variation: dial back to a 1/3 on Coconut liqueur and add a 1/4 to the Rum.
