Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 ring Fresh red onion
1 oz Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
3 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

Garnish: Onion ring

How to make:

MUDDLE onion in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Review:

Certainly one of the most obscure Martini variations - drinkable, but leaves you with onion breath.
