Decoração:

Pingar três camadas de Amargo Chuncho, ou Angostura aromatic bitters, na superfície para significar saúde, prosperidade e felicidade.

Como fazer:

BATER no liquidificador o limão e o açúcar até dissolver o açúcar. Acrescentar pisco, clara de ovo e 300ml de gelo triturado e BATER novamente. Servir com canudos de papel.

1 fl oz Suco fresco de Limão
6 barspoon Açúcar de confeiteiro
2 fl oz BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
1/2 fl oz Pasteurised egg white or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
