Serve in a Wine glass
| 2 oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
| 1 1⁄3 oz | Passoã passion fruit liqueur |
| 2⁄3 oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Wine glass.
- Prepare garnish of passion fruit seeds and pulp.
- POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- Briefly STIR.
- Garnish with spoon of passion fruit seeds and pulp on cocktail.
