Ingredients:
2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1/2 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
2 fl oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE first 2 ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. TOP with sparkling wine.
  6. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

It's hard to believe this floral, dry, light golden tipple is so loaded with alcohol. Go easy twinkle toes!

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 2002 by Tony Conigliaro at The Lonsdale bar in London, England. Originally made using prosecco and elderflower cordial but now mostly made with elderflower liqueur and often champagne.
