Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

The Cuban Island and the General Vincent are identical

Thanks, Ian. The only difference is that the Cuban Island is made with lemon juice. I've added a note above and linked the two cocktails.
