Ingredients:
1 12 oz Absolut Vanilia Vodka
1 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
Top up with Lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7-Up)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with lemonade.

Blind tested a few rums for fun (white and light gold) and Havana Club 3 year version was consistently preferred by the group (Absolut VV, kept as as constant).

I really like this drink, but Simon's cocktails have never failed me. Does taste like a spiked cream soda. Was great with a Mexican dinner. Would also be wonderful on a hot afternoon for sipping.
