Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 34 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
34 oz Elderflower liqueur
16 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Orange Bitters by Angostura
1 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Review:

Light rum and elderflower with the merest hint of orange and lemon juice.

5ml of Orange bitters seems excessive?
