A mismade but fabulously balanced Sidecar inspired this drink.
Inspired by a drink discovered in May 2010 at Babel Bar, Hotel du Rome, Berlin, Germany. Named after a combination of 'Sidecar' and 'Ugni-blanc', the grape from which cognac is most commonly made.
