Ingredients:
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
23 oz Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
23 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
23 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Plenty orangey, in a good way what with the Aperol and a generous zest. The lemon juice was very pronounced, might try reducing it and the maraschino so it doesn't get to sweet.

Delicious. For us, Orange Colombo worked well as the aperitivo, along with the garnish, as a lovely complement to the lemon juice.
