Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
1 oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth chilled
12 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry chilled
12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Review:

A delicious, relatively low alcohol, bittersweet palate sharpener. As is the norm for Negronis, many will expect and perhaps prefer this cocktail to be served on-the-rocks, but its aromatics and nuances are best appreciated when served straight-up.
