Ingredients:
1 23 oz Bacardi Gold rum
56 oz Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry
12 oz *Special ingredient #1 (see above)
12 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash Chocolate bitters
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Dark chocolate, dried fruits and dehydrated grapefruit dust

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: Cola syrup

History:

Austrian Bacardí Legacy 2015 winning cocktail by Kenny Klein at Maniac Bar Artists of International Cocktail Catering in Bad Ischl.

All my ingredients were selected for their flavour profile; I then used only the essence of each combined with liquid nitrogen, balancing each with the flavour profile of Bacardí Carta Oro. Each ingredient is easily sourced around the world and has a connection with the history of Bacardí rum. My cocktail can only be prepared with Bacardí Carta Oro because it provided the profile that I used to select the ingredients.
