| 3 slice | Cucumber (fresh) |
| 1 pinch | Salt (sea salt) |
| 1 fl oz | Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal |
| 3/4 fl oz | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
Garnish:
Cucumber slice & dust with cinnamon
How to make:
MUDDLE cucumber slices and salt in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
