1 fl oz	Medium dry apple cider
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Elderflower liqueur
³⁄₄ fl oz	Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of apple slice (dehydrated).

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with dehydrated apple slice floated on cocktail.

Made this with 5 year aged calvados, some excellent local farm cider which is flat, medium dry and complex, elderflower cordial and fresh apple juice. It was wonderful. I made the next one with a dash of aquafaba, and it was even better.

Made this with a homemade cider that wound up a little less bubbly than intended, which probably made the shake easier. Worked out great with a nice dry scrumpy-ish taste. Perfect for a sunny early afternoon.
