Serve in a Martini glass
2 barspoon | Honey |
2 oz | Cranberry flavoured vodka |
1 oz | Pineapple juice |
3⁄4 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
3 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
Garnish: Pineapple wedge
STIR honey with vodka in base of shaker until honey dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Tangy, complex and smoothed by foaming pineapple.
