5 fresh Raspberries
fl oz Cranberry flavoured vodka
½ fl oz Lejay Creme de Framboise (raspberry) Liqueur
¾ fl oz Cranberry juice
¼ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne) (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 grind Black pepper

How to make:

MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
