Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
5 fresh Raspberries
1 34 oz Cranberry flavoured vodka
12 oz Giffard Crème de Framboise
34 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) 2 sugar to 1 water
1 grind Black pepper
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients.
  5. SHAKE with ice.
  6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  7. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Review:

A rather red, rasping, berry rich drink.
