Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 oz Ketel One Vodka
1⁄2 oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
2⁄3 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare raspberries for garnish.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with raspberries.

Definitely a dessert-y drink, but not oversweet. Actually quite nice. I subbed Carpano Antica for the vermouth and still came out lovely.
