Ingredients:
2 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
56 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Agave syrup
13 oz Cranberry liqueur
13 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

A riff on Trader Vic's Maria Theresa created by yours truly in January 2022 at the Clocktower, Rye, England. Originally made with Cranes Cranberry & Blood Orange Liqueur.

How did the Habsburg dynasty get associated with this potentially tasteful concoction? (Still waiting to lay my hands on Cranberry Liqueur.)

I used only Cranberry Juice and had to add a barspoon of Agave syrup. The saline solution I use in normally in Margaritas seems not to correspond well to Cranberry juice.
