Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Monkey 47 Experimentum Series 2y06 Gin
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
16 oz Liquore Strega
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of float mint leaf on foaming surface.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  4. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
