Ingredients:
1 16 oz Irish whiskey
56 oz Stout beer
13 oz Maple syrup
1 fresh Egg (white & yolk)
3 dash Orinoco bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with dusting of nutmeg grated over cocktail.

History:

Created in 2018 by Robb Collins, Group Head Bartender at London Cocktail Club, London, England, who developed this drink "for the first-ever London Cocktail Club bar takeover, which was at the Exchequer Bar in Dublin, Ireland September 2016. A perfect autumn/winter sip."

Clonakilty for the whiskey, Old Rasputin for the stout. A lot going on in this wow. Coffee, chocolate, vanilla, spices from the bitters and nutmeg. Borders on milkshake with its consistency. Fantastic.
