This spiced rum and PX sherry riff on the classic Negroni is firmly on the bitter side of bittersweet.

Dark and smooth with a sweet foundation, but a pronounced bitterness that emerges shortly after the initial taste and lingers for a prolonged finish. Notably smoother than the nearly identical Kingston Negroni - the lower proof (and spiced) rum and the bit of PX Sherry make a real difference.
