Ingredients: 1 Passion fruit (fresh); 45 ml Rum - Light gold (1-3 year old molasses column); 15 ml Apricot (brandy) liqueur; 30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed); 7.5 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix); 7.5 ml Vanilla sugar syrup

How to make:

Cut passion fruit in half and scoop flesh into shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
