|1 1/4 fl oz||Island single malt Scotch whisky|
|1/6 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/3 fl oz||Giffard Creme de Chataigne|
|1/3 fl oz||Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water)|
|1 dash||Whiskey barrel aged bitters|
|3 fl oz||Boiling water|
