How to make:

POUR first 5 ingredients into a pre-warmed glass, the TOP with boiling water.

1 1/4 fl oz Island single malt Scotch whisky
1/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Giffard Creme de Chataigne
1/3 fl oz Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water)
1 dash Whiskey barrel aged bitters
3 fl oz Boiling water

Adapted from a recipe created in late 2022 by Bobby Hiddleston at Swift bar in London, England. Originally based on Talisker 10 single malt Scotch whisky.

  • 15.1 grams of pure alcohol
