How to make:

SHAKE first two ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda, lightly stir and serve with straws.

About:

This classic cocktail is named after Count Louis Philippe Joseph de Roffignac, Mayor of New Orleans 1820-1828. Roffignac is noted for introducing street lights to the city and laying cobblestones on the roads in the French Quarter.
