Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Ale

How to make:

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale, lightly stir and serve with straws.

An extremely refreshing drink. Very easy to drink. A more "gingery" riff of a Tom Collins. This one will be dangerous in the summer time (in a good way).

I added two dashes of Angostura bitters, man what a great drink with and without the bitters

I used 1:1 sugar syrup to cut down a bit on the sweetness. Quite refreshing!
