I tried the recipe and couldn't taste the tarragon, despite using very big sprigs (too much in my garden). Second attempt, I increased the tarragon by 50%, while reducing the anise liqueur to 2.5 ml and the (unsweetened) cranberry juice to 50 ml. I did add 7.5 ml homemade grenadine both attempts to supplement the sweetness missing from my cranberry juice. The tarragon did show up the second time (and I'm still getting it in the aftertaste). Now I want to test tarragon in everything, ugh.
