³⁄₄ fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur
¹⁄₆ fl oz	Monin Passion Fruit Syrup

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
RIM glass with salt (moisten outside edge with lime juice and dip into salt).
Prepare garnish of fresh passion fruit half.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with passion fruit half floated on surface.

Absolutely delicious. We threw in a few drops of Margarita bitters for a bit of added complexity. Chinola is the preferred liqueur for us.

Perfectly balanced margarita. Wonderful flavors of the passion fruit with the margarita background. Like really sour margaritas, may use just a tad more lime juice, but everything is spot on.

Did this with Giffard Fruit de la Passion Liqueur and Giffard Fruit de la Passion Syrup, so not a pink cocktail in my case! The result was quite fruity, not so tequila-forward

Yeah I like this. I've got one of those nuclear non Monin passionfruit syrups so I went with 2.5ml of it
