Pineapple wedge on rim
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

|Patrón Reposado tequila
|2 fl oz
|Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed)
|1/2 fl oz
|Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
|Difford's Daiquiri Bitters

Restrained in alcohol but not lacking in balance nor fruitiness. I've added a mere four drops of our Daiquiri Bitters to Trader Vic's original recipe but I feel he'd have approved.

1 ounce tequila
2 ounces pineapple juice
Juice of ½ lime
Shake well with shaved ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
