Sharp and quite dry but with a banana twang. Depending on your taste and banana liqueur, you may want to add a splash more liqueur or even sugar syrup.

Very nice cocktail, works well also with Cointreau Noir, aged cachaça and a pinch on cinnamon.

Not what I was expecting. The banana flavour is not as pronounced as it smelled. It is nicely tart and strong at first and softens with the banana sweetness. Exactly what we were looking for.

This one grows on you. first mouth is really quite dry and sour but then the banana softens and its really rather good - I had crystallised ginger pieces as the garnish.
