Ingredients:
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
34 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
34 oz White crème de cacao liqueur
34 oz Single cream/half-and-half
34 oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
14 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with dusting of nutmeg grated over cocktail.

I second, it taste like a tootsie roll. Really good!

This tastes precisely like a tootsie roll! Yummy!
I am a lightweight, so I replaced 10 mL of the vodka with water and used almond milk in place of the milk and cream, so that may have altered the flavor.
