Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered lemon slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry sail. (Skewer through either side of lemon with cherry skewered in the centre.)
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN back into shaker.
  5. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  6. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  7. Garnish with skewered lemon slice wheel and maraschino cherry (sail).

I'll have to see what a "reverse dry shake is"! Is that a dance move? :-)

Great cocktail. As in the video instruction, you should shake first without the ice then add the ice and shake again

Hi Dave. Please try "reverse dry shake" as I find works better than the method shown in the video.
