How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Collins glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
Prepare garnish of watermelon wedge.

Method

MUDDLE 60g / 2.1oz watermelon flesh (removed from skin and chopped) in base of shaker.
Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
TOP with ginger ale.

Garnish

Garnish with watermelon wedge on rim.

Out of practical reasons ? I used Tequila blanco and Ginger beer, so it was more like a Mule variation. But this worked very well, maybe it was was less soft than the original.
