Serve in a Sling glass
1 oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
1⁄2 oz | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
1 oz | Pineapple juice |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
Garnish: Pineapple cubes, Luxardo Maraschino Cherry & mint sprig
BLEND all ingredients with 6oz scoop crushed ice and strain into glass half-filled with crushed ice. Serve with straws.

MAHUKONA
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash rock candy syrup
½ ounce lemon juice
½ slice pineapple
½ ounce triple sec
1 ounce light Puerto Rican rum
Blend in with ½ scoop shaved ice in an electric drink mixer. Pour into a 10-ounce pilsener glass half filled with shaved ice. Decorate with fresh mint and fruit stick
