| 1 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3⁄4 oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 2 1⁄2 oz | Chilled water |

Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
