Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
12 fresh Mint leaves
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 12 oz Chilled water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon slice

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

Review:

Gin laced, mint flavoured, traditional lemonade.

Very light and refreshing. Hint of mint. Did use sparkling water to add a bit of fizz. Also put in a splash of limoncello to increase the lemon flavour.
