How to make:
Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

|1 1/2 fl oz||Hayman's London Dry Gin|
|1 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|3/4 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)|
|2 1/2 fl oz||Chilled water|
