Ingredients:
2 fresh Blackberries
5 fresh Raspberries
5 fresh Mint leaves
2 fl oz Irish whiskey
3/4 fl oz Honey herbal liqueur (e.g. Drambuie)
1/4 fl oz Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of seasonal berries & mint sprig.
  3. MUDDLE first 3 ingredients in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
