Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 fresh Blackberries
5 fresh Raspberries
5 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Irish whiskey
34 oz Honey herbal liqueur (e.g. Drambuie)
14 oz Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of seasonal berries & mint sprig..
  3. MUDDLE first 3 ingredients in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Very fruity. You won't even notice that this is a really strong drink. I used Redbreast 12 yr and Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne. It was good.

Very nice and surprisingly light- it's the mint that does it. Although it's a dark-spirit drink, it drinks sharp and light- a sunny afternoon drink. (*although I used crème de mure rather than cassis... framboise would als work....)
