Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
34 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
34 oz Cockburn's Tawny Eyes Port
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Wow. Great for afternoon or after dinner. Very spirit forward, but perfectly balanced. All the ingredients work well together to give a herbal flavoured cocktail
