Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
14 oz Orange Curaçao liqueur
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
1 12 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprigs, orange, lemon, and lime slice wheels skewered with a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE first 7 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet and citrus wheels skewered with maraschino cherry.
  2. Serve with a straw.

Variant:

Daisies can be served in goblets filled with crushed ice, straight up in a coupe, or, as in this case, in a tall glass.

History:

Adapted from a September 2025 recipe by Al of Al's Cocktail Club. The original calls for homemade 1:1 strength pomegranate juice syrup (grenadine) and acid-adjusted orange juice.

I found the cocktail tart and dry, but a little thin, very much relying on the garnish for flavor. I added 2 dashes of cherry bitters and 1 dash of plum bitters to amplify the berry notes, which I thought helped fill out the drink.
