2 1/4 fl oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
1/4 fl oz Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry
1/6 fl oz Lustau East India Solera Sherry
1/6 fl oz Cockburn's Ruby Soho Port

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Adapted from a drink created in 2007 by Mr Ueno at Star Bar, Ginza, Tokyo. Originally served straight-up.
