Serve in
a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass...
2 shot Bacardi Carta Ocho aged rum BUY
½ shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ shot Single cream / half-and-half
1 fresh Egg yolk

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Dust with grated nutmeg

Comment:

Basically an aged rum flip with the sugar level reduced and egg white omitted.
