2 fl oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
1 fl oz Difford's Falernum liqueur
1 fresh Egg yolk

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a SOUR OR MARTINI/COUPETTE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.

Method

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  2. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.

Very tasty and I do like the purity and simplicity of it -and I still added a little cream, which brought it all together a little better.
