Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Pear purée
14 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of pear wedge.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with pear wedge on rim.

Today I added some drops of orange water, because Monin orgeat surely has none ;-). A spray of Absinthe before serving overpowers sorrily the pear...

Very balanced cocktail, better stay with white rum, Havana Club 3yo is too overpowering.
