Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
14 oz Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
14 oz Bigallet Genepi Grand Tetras
12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
12 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. STIR ingredients with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Created in 2008 by Oli Gillespie at Bibendum Wine Ltd, London, England and named after José Martí (1853-1895) - a leader of the Cuban independence movement, writer and renowned poet.

it doesn't taste as boozy as you would think for something that is pretty much all booze
