1 12 fl oz Amontillado sherry
14 fl oz Islay single malt Scotch whisky
14 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup

Sherry and rum combine harmoniously with the smoky Islay malt highlighting spicy notes.

History:

Created in December 2008 by yours truly (Simon Difford) at the Cabinet Room, London, England. Originally made using Zacapa rum.
